WELCOME TO VALOUR MULTI ACADEMY TRUST
Valour multi academy trust is a small MAT consisting of two primary schools in Newcastle upon Tyne, serving 650 pupils. Within the charitable trust is also Walbottle Village Teaching school who have a proven track record of coaching other schools to rapidly improve and training future teachers through our schools direct training which is an excellent route into teaching- C4T. Valour CEO, Dame Nicola Stephenson DBE, would welcome discussions with other schools who may be looking to benefit from being part of a highly successful MAT. Valour could provide your school with financial support and gaining value for money, parental support and safeguarding expertise, and work with you in partnership to provide the best education possible for your communities. We have well developed pathways of support and this can range from light touch with greater autonomy to hands on support to raise standards.
Our vision for Valour academies is that all children will feel loved, happy and safe. We will provide each child with many and varied opportunities to develop their character to feel accepted; to develop a sense of belonging; to be driven and resilient and to be inspired and be inspiring.

The Valour Multi Academy Trust was formed in 2017. Led by our CEO and Executive Headteacher Dame Nicola Stephenson DBE, the Valour MAT consists of two schools in the west end of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Beech Hill Primary and Walbottle Village Primary.

Walbottle Village and Beech Hill are places where children feel safe, happy and loved. Children are encouraged to attend regularly so that they can be supported to actively participate in all that we have on offer and so that they can progress well and reach their full potential.
Through our ambitious, well sequenced and knowledge rich curricula and programme of enrichment opportunities, we ensure that our children develop a love of learning and that they are well prepared for the next stage of learning when they leave us.
